This initiative involved multiple coordinated workstreams designed to support a sustainable pipeline for future operational leaders. I engaged operational SMEs across levels and regions to understand their training experiences, identify gaps, and capture critical knowledge needed earlier in their careers. My contributions included facilitating workshops on identifying high-potential future leaders, contributing new material for the two-phase store manager development program, and collaborating on a structured plan to prepare regional manager candidates and provide targeted support throughout their first year.
